March 26th 2012 – The CUPW has made a financial contribution to the Global March to Jerusalem and although not asking for contributions themselves would appreciate letters of support.
The Global March to Jerusalem is in support of the BDS global day of action on March 30th.
Dear friends in the CUPW,
We the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) were pleased to hear of your recent contribution to the Global March to Jerusalem and stand in Solidarity with you in calls for an end to the Israeli occupation of Palestine.
The IWW as a world wide Union have members who are active in the BDS campaign and we are sure they will be showing their support on March 30th.
We in the UK will be looking forward to news of events taking place by the GMJ-NA and wish you and everyone involved success in promoting the BDS campaign on March 30th.
In the meantime we will be contacting our Fellow Workers in North America to see if we can get involved in any Solidarity actions in support of this day of action.
