The executive vice president, human resources and the corporate employee relations manager at Nestle have repeatedly violated court orders in a ruthless drive against contract Workers.
This is not the first time we have written to them.

Dear Sirs,

It is with great anger that the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) write to you again about continuing violations of human rights at Nestle’s Kabirwala dairy factory.
Your repeated violations of court orders, Pakistan law, International standards and conventions in your ongoing war against contract Workers and their Unions belies belief.  We call for a full independent investigation into the behaviour of the human resources manager due to their repeatedly showing contempt for court orders to re-instate Ashfaq Butt the unfairly dismissed president of the Nestle Kabirwala Workers Action Committee.

We insist you immediately re-instate Ashfaq Butt and all others dismissed for filing legal claims.
We also call for Nestle to enter into good faith negotiations with the Union to negotiate permanent direct employment for all contract Workers who have asserted their legal rights.

We look forward to hearing from you soon with a more positive message than the one that is now being shown.

Yours Sincerely,

Andy Smith, International Solidarity Liaison Officer
