Due to upcoming exciting developments, the West Midlands branch is looking for a new organising focus. We are holding a collaborative discussion to determine the future direction of the branch.
Have an idea for a strategy?
We are looking to organise unionised workers in key sectors and build collective power. If you have a an idea for a workplace or sector which would suitable to organise, please bring as much information as you can and we can discuss.
We will also be hearing from members involved in successful IWW campaigns in other regions and will have a discussion on how to improve accessibility of the branch meetings and events.

Venue
The event will take place at Artefact Cafe in Stirchley.
Artefact is 3 minutes walk away from Bournville rail station which is on the cross city line from New Street. Look for the trains going to Redditch or Longbridge.
You can also get the 45 or 47 bus from outside New Street Station. Get off on Stirchley high street.
Food and Drink
Artefact serve a range of hot and cold drinks. We should be providing lunch. Details TBC.
Accessibility
There are a few small steps in the cafe so it is sadly not wheelchair accessible. There is a possibility of street parking nearby. The toilets in Artefact are gender neutral.
